Oakwell Edge Account Deletion

This page explains how users of Oakwell Edge by Metravyx Ltd can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

You can request deletion in either of the following ways:

In the app: open Oakwell Edge, go to the Profile section, then select "Delete Account and Data".
By email: contact support@metravyx.com from the email address linked to your account and request deletion.

When your deletion request is processed, your account and associated personal data are deleted or anonymized, including:

Profile details such as your display name, actual name, age group, and stand preference
Contact details such as your email address and contact number
Competition data such as score predictions, points totals, and related account records
Preference data such as marketing choices, prize-contact preferences, and consent records

Residual copies of deleted data may remain in secure backup systems for up to 7 days before being overwritten.

We may also retain limited information for longer where required by law, regulation, or legitimate anti-fraud and dispute-handling purposes.
